Dr. Gasper graduated from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000 and completed a Neurology Residency at Brown University in 2005. Following a Fellowship in Neurophysiology (EEG and EMG training)), Dr. Gasper was Director of Neurology at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island and started one of the first Stroke Centers in Rhode Island. Since 2007, Dr. Gasper has been involved in Tele-Neurology and was part of core group of neurologists for SOC Telemed - a nation-wide tele-stroke company. He hold a subspecialty certification is Stroke Neurology.
In 2018 Dr. Gasper completed coursework in Physicians In Nutrition at University of Bridgeport which includes understanding of Functional Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Gasper is a member of the Cranial Academy and the Sutherland Cranial Society. Presently he runs a weekly Osteopathic Neurology Clinic.
Dr. Gasper's philosophy is based in Osteopathic Medicine. Osteopathy looks at how structure and function related.
